Welcome to Gayatri Packers and Movers. By availing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or proceeding with any relocation.

1. Service Confirmation
Services commence only after confirmation from both parties. Confirmation may be verbal, written, or digital. Once confirmed, any modification or cancellation must be informed in advance.

2. Quotations and Charges
All quotations are based on details provided by the customer. Final charges may differ depending on actual items, distance, services utilized, or unforeseen circumstances. Additional services requested at the time of shifting will be charged separately.

3. Packing and Handling
We use high-quality packing materials and trained staff to ensure safe handling. However, we are not responsible for damages arising from improper packing done by the customer, fragile items not disclosed beforehand, or goods with pre-existing damage.

4. Delays and Delivery
Although we strive to deliver within the committed time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable factors. We are not liable for such delays.

5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must ensure that:

• Correct and complete address and contact details are provided.

• No hazardous, flammable, or unlawful items are included in the shipment.

• Valuable items such as cash, jewelry, or confidential documents are not part of the move.

6. Vehicles and Insurance
Our vehicles are well-maintained for safe transportation. However, we strongly recommend customers opt for insurance to cover potential transit damage or loss. Gayatri Packers and Movers will not be held responsible for uninsured goods.

7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled move may qualify for a partial refund. Cancellations beyond this period or last-minute changes will attract applicable charges.

8. Storage Services
If storage services are availed, charges will apply on a monthly or agreed basis. Stored items remain the owner’s responsibility unless insured. Prior scheduling is required for accessing stored goods.

9. Disputes and Legal Matters
Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where our registered office is located.

10. Amendments to Terms
Gayatri Packers and Movers reserves the right to revise or update these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our services will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.
